License Agreement

This License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you, the user ("Licensee"), and SaaS-Boilerplate.dev, represented by Tanay Karnik. The Agreement governs your use of the SaaS-Boilerplate.dev codebase (the "Product") available on our website at https://saas-boilerplate.dev (the "Website").

Parties

• SaaS-Boilerplate.dev: The provider of the Product. For any questions regarding this Agreement or the Product, you can reach us at hi@saas-boilerplate.dev.
• Licensee: The individual or organization that downloads, accesses, or uses the Product. By proceeding to use the Product, you agree to comply with the terms laid out in this Agreement.

Scope of the License

This license grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide right to use the Product in the creation of end products. You may use the Product for your projects under the following conditions:

• Ongoing License: Your license to use the Product is continuous and does not expire, allowing indefinite use.
• Non-Exclusive Rights: This license is not exclusive to you, meaning that SaaS-Boilerplate.dev may offer similar licenses to others.
• Worldwide Usage: You are free to use the Product globally, with no geographical restrictions.

Permitted Uses

With this license, you may:

• Use the SaaS-Boilerplate.dev codebase to create an unlimited number of end products.
• Distribute and sell end products created with the SaaS-Boilerplate.dev codebase.
• Resellers or freelancers are permitted to purchase the Product on behalf of their clients, provided a separate license is purchased for each client. The Product may only be used to create an end product for the specific client for whom the license was acquired.

Restrictions

The following uses are not permitted under this license:

• Creating a product intended to sell or redistribute the SaaS-Boilerplate.dev codebase itself.
• Redistributing the SaaS-Boilerplate.dev codebase in any form.
• Sharing this license with other individuals or organizations.
• Publicly hosting a project built with SaaS-Boilerplate.dev on GitHub or other similar platforms.

License Enforcement

Any breach of this license, including misuse or unauthorized distribution, will result in immediate license revocation without refund.

Liability and Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, and any legal action related to this Agreement will be brought exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
